Terms & Conditions of Publication

  • Authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) only after their manuscript has been accepted and before it is published.
  • If a published manuscript is withdrawn or retracted due to any form of academic misconduct, no refund of the APC will be provided.
  • If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after it has undergone peer review but before acceptance, a withdrawal processing fee of ₹1,500 (for authors within India) or USD 25 (for authors outside India) will be charged.
  • If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after acceptance but before publication, a withdrawal processing fee of ₹2,500 (for authors within India) or USD 35 (for authors outside India) will be charged.
  • If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after it has been published, no refund of the APC will be issued under any circumstances.
